Yes, we ship all of our mattresses in an air-compressed bag that is placed into a box. This allows us to ship the mattress more efficiently. This does not affect the mattress and once you unpack the mattress, lay it flat on your bedframe and it will expand on its own.

We ship our mattresses from our factory in 3-5 business days. After that, it can take 3-5 business days on average to receive if within the US.

A hybrid mattress combines a type of foam with coil springs. Our mattresses do this to provide another dimension of support and comfort for those who need more pressure relief in certain positions and weight ranges.
Memory foam or viscoelastic foam is a material known for it's contouring abilities which makes it extremely comfortable. When it was first invented, memory foam used heat to adapt to the contour of your body, but with the latest technologies like phase-changing foam and gel-infusion, memory foam now sleeps great, it's durable, and wicks away heat!
Our foam is safe and non-toxic. It is certified by PURfoam.
We ask that you try your new mattress for at least 2 weeks after your mattress has arrived. Your body takes time to adjust to a new firmness or type of material, so to accurately judge if a mattress is good for you, we've found that 2 weeks is the sweet spot.
If the mattress is not working for you, contact us and we'll setup a courier to pack up and remove the product for you. We do try to donate your product to charity or recycle it whenever possible.
At this time, we do not sell any Weave mattresses in retail stores.
