✔ Ensure you have the correct base, platform, or bed frame. Ensuring you have proper support can mean a world of difference in the quality of your sleep. Need help with this, chat with us!
✔ Give your body time to adjust, it doesn't happen over night. That's why we give you 100 nights. You may even discover you like a different sleeping position. Experiment.
✔ If you think the mattress is too firm, we can offer options to help you soften the mattress.
Starting a return
If we're unable to help improve the quality of your sleep, we can pick up the mattress and refund you in full. Please note that international and Alaska/Hawaii shipping fees cannot be refunded.
If you purchased our mattress from a retail store, we cannot accept a return or refund your money, you must go back to the retailer and inquire about their return policies.
